4. Shipping and Delivery: Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services. Any import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

(a) Amazon-Fulfilled Books and Products

  • Items that link directly to Amazon are purchased through Amazon’s checkout system.

  • All payments, deliveries, returns, and customer service for those orders are handled entirely by Amazon under its own terms and policies.

  • Prices and availability shown on this website are for reference only and may differ from those shown on Amazon at the time of purchase.

(b) Print-on-Demand and Custom Products

  • Certain products (e.g. apparel, mugs, prints, and other merchandise) are produced and shipped by Printify or one of its local fulfilment partners.

  • Printify acts as our production and shipping provider, using facilities closest to the delivery address.

  • Fulfilment times vary by region and product type; average production is 2–7 business days plus transit.

  • Returns or replacements are offered only for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective. Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for size or preference errors.

If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 28 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (excluding personalised or digital products). 6. Digital Downloads: By purchasing digital content, you agree that access begins immediately upon payment and that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations ends once downloading starts.

8. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
